The Liminéra Return Promise

We want you to feel a genuine connection with your piece. If your selection does not resonate with you, we offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns are accepted for any reason within the eligible return window, provided the item remains in a condition suitable for resale.

Eligibility & Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same pristine condition that you received it: unworn, unaltered, with all original tags attached, and in its original Liminéra packaging.

The item must not show signs of wear, damage, fragrance, alteration, or any condition that would affect its ability to be resold.

Please note: Items marked as “Final Sale” or graded as IMPERFECT are not eligible for return or exchange.

Nature’s Mark: Quality & Characteristics

At Liminéra, we celebrate the introspective beauty of natural stones. Please understand that natural characteristics such as internal clouds, ice cracks, surface textural variations, or mineral inclusions are the honest signatures of the earth, not defects.

However, if your item arrives structurally damaged or if you receive the incorrect piece, please contact us immediately at hello@liminera.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please email us at hello@liminera.com within 14 days of receiving your item.

Please include your order number, the email used for your purchase, and the item you wish to return.

Your request will be carefully reviewed by our team. Once approved, we will send you further return instructions by email.

Items sent back to us without first contacting us and receiving approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

For Liminéra members, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label by email once the return request has been approved.

Simply print the label, attach it securely to your package, and drop the parcel off at the designated carrier drop-off location.

For non-member orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for your peace of mind.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

The most efficient way to ensure you get the piece you desire is to return your current item first. Once the return is accepted and processed, you may make a separate purchase for your new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
