Liminéra offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

 

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS AND NATURAL MATERIALS

We strive to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will be accurate. Please Note: As Liminéra pieces utilize natural gemstones and crystals, each item is unique. Minor natural variations in color, inclusions, and textures are inherent characteristics of the material and are not considered defects.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND BILLING

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once the products are transferred to the carrier (e.g., Canada Post, UPS), the title and risk of loss pass to you. Liminéra is not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs processing.

SECTION 5 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Services and all original content, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and product designs, are the exclusive property of Liminéra and are protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws.

SECTION 6 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Liminéra is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for the sales contract between you and Liminéra.

SECTION 7 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND TOOLS

Certain content or tools available via our Service may include materials from third-parties. We are not responsible for examining the content or accuracy of third-party materials and do not warrant any third-party products or services.

SECTION 8 - ERRORS AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors or inaccuracies related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful or void, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
