1. Complimentary Shipping
We are pleased to offer Complimentary Standard Shipping on all orders over $150 (CAD) within Canada and the United States.

For orders below this amount, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected carrier.
2. The Unboxing Experience
Every Liminéra piece is treated with the utmost respect before it leaves our studio.

Signature Packaging: Each bracelet is housed in a dedicated Liminéra gift box.

Mindful Protection: To ensure your crystals arrive in their purest state, we use high-density, soft-touch protective lining within our packaging to safeguard against transit vibrations.

Preparation: Each piece is carefully inspected and cleansed before being sealed for delivery.
3. Order Processing & Dispatch

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Note: Processing occurs after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and Canadian public holidays.
4. Shipping Timeframes & Tracking

Estimates: Delivery timelines displayed at checkout are estimates provided by carriers (e.g., Canada Post, UPS, USPS) and are not guaranteed.

Tracking: Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.
